One of the many battles faced currently is the opportunity for people to continue their education and training, specifically around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

The original idea of this project grew and developed through conversations. What we landed on was a concept to support emerging adults from various backgrounds in sharing information about their culture. Our project involved interviewing a diverse group of young people and asking them to share information they wish others knew about them, their culture, and how best to work with them. The primary goal focused on “what do you wish people knew about you?”
