Our Signature Program is designed to equip leaders at different stages of their journey with the skills and perspective to make a meaningful impact in our community. Our Leadership for Racial Equity (LFRE) Program carries a dedicated focus on racial equity, a critical component of community stewardship. We empower leaders to understand and implement racial equity principles, aiming to initiate systemic changes that cultivate an inclusive and thriving community.
Recognizing the importance of nurturing our future leaders, we have also designed a Young Professionals Program. This program is focused on harnessing the energy and potential of the leaders of tomorrow. It offers them the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to develop their leadership skills, understand community dynamics, and contribute effectively to community stewardship from an early stage in their careers.
