Leadership Day 2025 is on October 14 at the Tulalip Resort Casino from 7:30 to 9am. Doors open at 7am.

Leadership Matters. Celebrate our 10th Anniversary of Leadership Day 2025 - a morning full of inspiration, connection, and empowerment!

Welcome to Leadership Day 2025!

Join us for a day filled with inspiration, connection and networking at the Tulalip Resort. This event is designed to remind us that we can all make a difference locally and to bring leaders together. We will celebrate the outstanding leaders in our region who keep Snohomish County moving forward in actionable way at a time when the world can feel divided and uncertain.

At Leadership Day 2025, you'll have the opportunity to hear from key community leaders, look back and ahead while connecting with like-minded individuals who are passionate about leadership. Step Up: Moving Racial Equity Forward

Please join us on Friday, April 20th for STEP UP: Moving Racial Equity Forward at the Lynnwood Convention Center. We expect to welcome 600 participants or more, making it the largest annual racial equity event in the region.

This year, STEP UP: Moving Racial Equity Forward will welcome keynote speakers Ijeoma Oluo and Nate Bowling.

Ijeoma Oluo is a Seattle-based author, speaker, active feminist, and internet yeller. Oluo embodies a rare ability to be straightforward, funny, and effective in her coverage of sensitive and hyper-charged issues in America.

Nate Bowling is a teacher at Tacoma High School, was named 2016 Washington State Teacher of the Year, and is the co-founder of Teachers United. He is a veteran teacher trying to decipher the education policies and social politics that impact his students, his classroom, and his practice.
