Pursuit Program Community Partnership Project

Our Impact Project was to build a database to track potential employers and organizations who can partner with Edmond’s College’s Pursuit Program in the future (job interviews, mock interviews, mentorships, training opportunities, etc). Our goal was to add at least 50 new partners to the database to help strengthen their base.

While the project was aimed at creating a database, we learned that community outreach and engagement was critical in the success of advocating for the program. General community awareness was needed to help advocate for the Pursuit program, as they continue to face financial challenges.
