Building Trust & Healthy Boundaries

What began as a conference for young people to learn about careers and have a mentorship experience, ended as a podcast resource that could reach a number of different audiences -- a panel discussion exploring sustainable youth engagement, trauma-informed practice, and professional boundaries.
We named ourselves “The Pivoters” and transformed challenges into an opportunity for deeper impact by creating a collaborative video series focused on healthy boundaries, building trust, and self-care for youth-serving professionals. In partnership with Cocoon House, the project brought together diverse voices and experiences to create thoughtful conversations designed to continue supporting leaders beyond presentation day.
