Program, Events & Development Coordinator
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program, Events & Development Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute high-quality events and programs while driving sales and revenue growth. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to engage clients, sponsors, and partners effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of events, including but not limited to event logistics, program development and delivery, invoicing for services, and revenue generation through securing sponsorships, event ticket sales, and the formation of strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute various programs, events, and conferences.
Develop program and event timelines, budgets, and coordination plans to ensure smooth execution while meeting attendance requirements.
Coordinate with internal committees, vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.
Manage programs and event registration, ticketing, invoicing, and guest experience.
Oversee post-event evaluations and reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement strategies to increase event attendance and program participation.
Secure sponsorships, partnerships, and funding opportunities for events and programs.
Manage ticket sales, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate and community sponsors.
Maintain sales records, track leads, and follow up with prospects to maximize revenue.
Marketing & Outreach:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Utilize social media, email marketing, and networking to drive events and program engagement.
Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to expand outreach.
Represent the organization at networking events, community gatherings, and business meetings.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
Maintain accurate records of events, contact lists, and sponsorships in various databases.
Prepare reports and presentations on event performance and sales metrics.
Assist in developing budgets and tracking expenses for programs and events.
Coordinate yearly program recruitment and selection processes.
Ensure compliance with contracts, agreements, and organizational policies.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in event planning, sales, or a similar role.
Proven record of accomplishment in sales, sponsorship acquisition, or revenue generation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in donor software, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility working mornings and evenings as needed for in-person events.
