Nelia Viloria

Community has always been a big part of Nelia's life.  She was born and raised in Hawaii where she started her involvement in leadership programs and community service projects.  Through these experiences, along with living in different parts of the U.S., Nelia had the opportunity to experience and appreciate people who come from diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Nelia moved to Washington in 2000 when her husband, a Washingtonian, was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army.  She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Skagit and has a Master of Public Administration degree from Seattle University.

Nelia joined LSC in July 2020.  She comes from the private sector with an extensive background in account management, client retention, outreach, and process improvement.  She is excited to be part of LSC and the community of Snohomish County. 

During her free time, Nelia loves spending time with her wonderful family and furry babies (two German Shepherds and two cats).  She also enjoys learning about emergency preparedness and is a member of North County CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and Parent Preparedness Group.
