I am a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, growing up in Everett and graduating from Cascade High School. I spent 4 wonderful years obtaining my BA with a focus in marketing at Western Washington University.  Along my professional journey, I carved out time to go back to school and earn an MBA from Seattle Pacific University with a focus on Human Resource Management. I strive to drive efficiencies within my workplace and eliminate non-value-added wastes. I aim to craft strategic goals which emphasize human capital and innovative improvements. In my personal life, I devote free time to officiating high school football within Snohomish County. I love working with the youth and helping to instill values into future leaders. I help to run a nonprofit organization which awards scholarships for continued education to High School athletes who give back and contribute to a healthy society. I also enjoy spending time contributing to a family business, Shawn O’Donnell’s American Grill and Irish Pub. I value the diverse perspective and learnings between personal and professional business. I am an avid golfer, adventurous snowmobiler, and ever-aspiring musician.
