Have you ever attended a conference where you felt excited about the potential for change, only to find that the initial enthusiasm waned after a week or two?

Join the "Sustaining Racial Equity: Personal and Institutional Strategies" virtual course with Wil Johnson, which targets leaders who are eager to sustain racial equity at both personal and institutional levels. The objective is to cultivate strategies that support personal well-being and establish shared values for racial equity. Engage in an opening session on sustaining leadership through personal well-being and a courageous spirit. This is followed by a candid discussion on overcoming challenges in institutional change. In the afternoon, attend a workshop on operationalizing shared value systems for racial equity. The course concludes with a session on building networks of equity guardians, fostering collaborative efforts for lasting change.
