The objective is to strengthen collaboration among leaders who are devoted to racial equity. Kick off the day with a cross-pollination session, an innovative space for participants to share their ideas and best practices. This is followed by a workshop on developing intentional strategies to thrive as leaders for racial equity. In the afternoon, showcase your action plans for institutional change through individual or group presentations.
