Unlock the potential of collaborative leadership with the “Collaborative Leadership for Racial Equity: Shared Learning and Action Plans” virtual course. The objective is to strengthen collaboration among leaders who are devoted to racial equity. Kick off the day with a cross-pollination session, an innovative space for participants to share their ideas and best practices. This is followed by a workshop on developing intentional strategies to thrive as leaders for racial equity. In the afternoon, showcase your action plans for institutional change through individual or group presentations. Conclude the day with a collaborative discussion that encourages shared learning and sets the stage for continued collaboration and systemic change in the realm of racial equity.
