one day workshops

Leadership Snohomish County is excited to offer a unique opportunity for non-residents to participate in our Leadership for Racial Equity (LFRE) program. This is also a flexible and convenient option for those who may not be able to commit to the full program or who wish to focus on specific skills. As part of this transformative initiative, we are offering one-day workshops that can be attended virtually. These workshops are designed to build and strengthen the capacity of leaders like you to drive real, sustainable systemic change toward racial equity within your respective organizations or institutions.

By attending these workshops, you will have the opportunity to join students who are going through the LFRE program and explore contemporary local issues while cultivating innovative leadership strategies for active engagement and change management. The curriculum leverages Critical Race Theory, informative lectures, interactive sessions, discussions, and role-plays that stimulate experiential learning. Furthermore, you will gain access to various tools, resources, and strategies that will facilitate your professional growth and capacity to lead for racial equity.

The cost of each workshop is $675. However, if you register for all three workshops, the price is reduced to $625 per workshop ($150 savings).
