Leadership Snohomish County (LSC) is a nonprofit that connects, ignites and develops county-specific sustainable leaders to strengthen our communities. Each year, we help experienced and emerging leaders in Snohomish County gain an understanding of the critical issues affecting the region and the stewardship capabilities needed to resolve them. Through our nine-month Signature Program and Young Professionals Program, we work in small teams with the business, government and nonprofit sectors as Community Impact Project Partners. LSC features more than 700 alumni who remain strongly invested in Snohomish County.

an interactive visioning event to co-create our next 20 years

How will over 250,000 additional residents in the next decade affect the way we work, the way we experience Snohomish County? In a nonpartisan effort to combine grassroots community and established leaders, SUMMIT 2038 gave everyone from decision-makers to youth to small businesses to families a voice and a seat at the table.

What's civic DNA?

The word civic, for most people, brings up thoughts of voting or jury duty, but being part of a community goes beyond even those crucial duties. We think this video from the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation explains civic DNA best. Imagine what could be possible when we collectively define what makes our community unique, and then each of us stays engaged in a healthy and vibrant Snohomish County.
