Leadership Snohomish County (LSC) is a nonprofit that connects, ignites and develops county-specific sustainable leaders to strengthen our communities. Each year, we help experienced and emerging leaders in Snohomish County gain an understanding of the critical issues affecting the region and the stewardship capabilities needed to resolve them. Through our nine-month Signature Program and Young Professionals Program, we work in small teams with the business, government and nonprofit sectors as Community Impact Project Partners. LSC features more than 700 alumni who remain strongly invested in Snohomish County.

We are partners. We are civic-minded. We are inclusive.

Leadership Snohomish County is the place to go for leadership development in our region. Since its founding in 1998, LSC has graduated talented, motivated professionals who are informed about local issues and ready to engage for the long term.

Through a nine-month Signature Program and six-month Young Professionals program, as well as community events, workshops and the work of a vibrant alumni community, LSC develops leaders who have discovered how to leverage their unique strengths. Class members identify core leadership abilities, examine complex issues, create new collaborations, and graduate with a new awareness of their own role in the community and how to build thriving companies, communities and organizations. Each class day is planned by an incredible Education Committee. LSC grads generously donate hours of work, carefully curating meaningful experiences.

LSC is in a unique position to convene public, private and nonprofit leadership, and strives to listen and respond to the needs of the county with ever-evolving programming.
